A little bit late but I always find some of the really dorky hobbyists really inspiring. Model railroaders, guys building huge models of the Enterprise, the professional artist who built a gorgeous Muppet Show theater for his collection of discontinued Muppet Show toys. At least I like to imagine they don't have the weird selfish hangups I do; maybe I'm wrong.
I'm finally moving to Colorado (my dream state.) My lease is up at the end of June. I have 30 days to find a job and move. I'm terrified and excited at the same time!
