I took this shot at dawn before the sun came up. It was really cold and I don't have a filter holder for the lens I used on this shot. I had to hand hold the ND filter with my fingers that were pretty shaky from the cold. I tried my best to hold it still for the 12 or 13 second exposure I took. Luckily a few of them came out sharp!
