Its pretty cool to get to see a storm in a place that gets under 8 inches of rain a year. The lightning was getting a little too close after this shot so i decided it was time to go

I love going down through Southern Utah and seeing these storms. One time we had an interesting occurrnce where one side of the street looked like this, and the other side was perfect, clear skies. Only in Utah, hm?

Amazing timing, and a beautiful shot. I find it a bit amusing how photographers (including myself, though I'm a terrible amateur), will at times put themselves in danger to get a good shot.
